To investigate the mental health and the influence factors among the workers related to AIDS. 96 workers related to AIDS in Yuncheng City and Jiangxian County were questioned by symptom check list-90 (SCL-90). The scores in total average (P = 0.01), forcing symptom (P = 0.02) and psychosis (P = 0.01) were higher than those in national standard significantly. The scores of some factors were significantly different within position and majors. The education and the post were main influence factors. The condition of mental health among workers related to AIDS could be poor. The levels of mental health were significantly different within position and majors. The education and the position will influence the mental health of the workers related to AIDS.
