The present paper reports on a case of rhinosinusal fibromyoma, an extremely rare localization of this kind of tumour in the sphere of the upper aerodigestive organs. With reference to this case the authors comment upon the etiopathogenesis, evolution and treatment, reviewing the published data in the Romanian and foreign speciality literature.
