Status of bronchial patency during treatment with beta-blockaders

The case histories of 2 patients were presented. Clinicla, laboratory and x-ray data were presented. The respiratory complications in these 2 cases were associated with the administration of the nonselective .beta.-blocker propranolol (inderal) during treatment of severe coronary insufficiency. Salbutamol inhalations were able to remedy bronchospasm caused by propranolol.
