Patients (347) with benign hydatidiform moles and 43 cases of invasive mole level is necessary for early detection of trophoblastic neoplasia. IM usually occurs in pregnant women > 35 yr, high parity (> 5), large-for-date uterus with clinical picture of toxemia. Chemo-prophylaxis should be administered in this group of patients.
