A 33-yr-old female with aneurysm of the descending aorta with aberrant right subclavian artery is reported on. She underwent the resection of aneurysm and graft replacement with an aid of pulsatile femoro-femoral partial bypass, as well as reconstruction of aberrant right subclavian artery. The aneurysm evidently was congenital medial dysplasia in origin. The etiology of juvenile aneurysm of the descending aorta was also discussed.
