A total of 92 patients with malignant lymphomas (ML) were subjected to 131 indirect scintigraphies. The lymphodynamics along the thoracic lymph duct was disordered in 71 of 92 cases; in 63 of these, enlargement of the mediastinal lymph nodes was shown by X-ray examination. In 78 of 92 cases the retroperitoneal lymph nodes were affected; in 87.8% of the cases, these signs were correlated with the results of roentgenocontrast lymphography. Because of the ease of performance, physiologic nature, the possibility of its multiple use under outpatient conditions it's radiolymphography with 113In-coind for investigation of patients with malignant lymphomas.
