［摘要］ 抗击艾滋病、结核病和疟疾全球基金 (以下简称"全球基 金") 是近20年来在全球卫生领域日趋活跃、影响力迅速上升的新 型国际组织, 在推动全球重大传染病防控、卫生融资、公立医药产 品采购市场发展等方面正发挥着愈加重要的作用与功能。本文 对全球基金基本概况、融资机制、运作模式和主要经验等进行深 入剖析, 在结合全球基金与中国既往合作的基础上, 就双方在新 形势下开展长期战略合作的意义进行分析, 并提出政策建议, 以 期在将来获得更多的多赢成果。.
