27 cases of sportsmen suffering from single or multiple myosis in different muscular groups (tendomyosis trapetii, splenii capitis, sacrospinalis, longissimus dorsi, glutaei medii) treated by combined soft-laser-therapy are presented. Pathogenesis of the disease and therapeutic results on the basis of recent clinical and experimental knowledge are discussed.
