Subrini penile implants: surgical, sexual and psychological results

Since 1970, 283 impotent patients were operated upon using Subrini penile prostheses from Dow Corning. Surgical results are reported. Also, 137 patients were followed up or asked to answer a detailed questionnaire concerning the mechanical qualities of the implant, the quality of the intercourse and the psychological results for the patient and his partner. An analysis is given.
