The clinical cases of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCMP) with an alteration of the terminal part of the ventricular complex on the ECG, from a small to a giant negative T wave in the percardial leads and in the Neb's anterior and inferior leads are considered. These alterations on the ECG often caused errors in IHD . The latter research method plays an important part in diagnosing one of the forms of HCMP, namely of apical cardiomyopathy. It is not excluded that there may supervene an atherosclerotic affection of the coronary arteries and there may appear a typical picture of angina pectoris because of both hemodynamic disorders and relative coronary insufficiency that occurs due to marked hypertrophy of the myocardium. The alterations of T wave on the ECG is a significant and the most early sign of HCMP.
