Vascular compression of peripheral nerves is infrequent, but the compression syndrome caused by an intraneural hemangiomas is a rarity. In the literature only 5 cases are described. A hemangioma of the ulnar nerve in the cubital tunnel in a 16 yr old boy is reported. The particular symptoms, the clinical findings and the good result of adequate operative treatment (anterior transposition) are informative for the differential diagnosis and the therapy.
