A case of splenic cystic lymphangioma associated with aberrant gastric pancreas with antral seat accidentally discovered at intervention for choledochic calculosis is reported. After briefly recalling the various etiopathogenetic hypotheses and the main anatomopathological data regarding the 2 lesions, stress is laid on the clinical, diagnostic and therapeutic problems.
