Attitudes of male homosexuals to venereal disease clinics

There is a definite at-risk group, male homosexuals, for sexually transmitted diseases. This group should be the target of efforts to encourage regular attendance at public clinics. It may be necessary to make both the image of public clinics in the homosexual community and the attitudes of some of their staff members towards homosexuals more attractive.
