Activities of the anti-inflammatory drugs, indomethacin, pyrazole derivatives and levamisole, on 3 cellular tests (macrophages, Kupffer cells and spleen lymphocytes from mice) were studied. Disparities of their actions on non-specific immune systems are noted for 2 first classes of drugs. That dissociation of anti-inflammatory drug effects allows the study of products with activity in acute and chronic inflammatory processes.
