The diagnosis of hygroma colli (lymphangioma) could be established in 2 cases by ultrasonic scanning. In 1 case the pregnancy was terminated at 23-24 wk whereas in the other intrauterine death was demonstrated by ultrasonic scanning at 27 wk.
