From 1966-1967, 190 patients with ventricular septal defect occurred in 22 cases among 109 patients whose ECG were examined. Of the 22 patients with type I VSD, 2 patients developed aortic regurgitation after closure of the VSD (10 yr and 3 yr, respectively).
