Haemo-Glukotest 1-44 (R) test strip was used to estimate blood glucose accurately and to diagnose hypoglycaemia. The blood exposure time is not critical but the colour of the exposed strip is unstable and can not be re-read after 24 h. The price seems to limit the use of the test system.
