Interdependence of ventilation and hemodynamic indices in respiratory tract diseases

In studying the interdependence of the ventilation and hemodynamic values in 101 patients with respiratory diseases, jugular phlebography, systolic pressure measurement from the pulmonary artery, and spirography were used. An inversely proportional dependence was confirmed between certain values of ventilation and hemodynamics. This dependence may be disturbed in functionally reversed changes of the ventilation apparatus.
