A study of 56 patients using routine clinical laboratory and special methods (examination of the secretory function of the salivary and lacrimal glands, corneal biomicroscopy, sialography, determination of the indices of immunological reactivity of the body etc.) helped to establish different forms of the clinical course of Sjogren's syndrome. Complex treatment was carried out depending on the clinical manifestations of the disease including drug, radiation and surgical treatment.
