The stability of some characteristics of the epizootic process was demonstrated by repeated determinations of the distribution of plague epizootics among Rhombomys opimus carried out during two 3-yr cycles at an interval of 6 yr. Multiple recurrence of local epizootics in small constant areas was observed. At the same time, no continuous epizootic process was observed under these conditions for many years.
