Endobronchial metastases from clear cell adenocarcinoma of the vagina

Clear cell adenocarcinoma of the vagina and cervix in young women is associated with in utero exposure to diethylstilbestrol. Although pulmonary metastases are not uncommon with this tumor, endobronchial involvement has never been described. The patient had an endobronchial recurrence of tumor after a disease-free interval of > 2 yr. The pulmonary manifestations of clear cell adenocarcinoma are reviewed.
