A case of obsessive neurosis

A female patient, suffering for the last 7 yr from an intractable obsessive neurosis is reported. The treatment, including behavioral and pharmacological methods (clomipramine) was carried out in a specialized unit, and took 4 mo. The positive results were confirmed at a 6 mo. follow-up.
