Isobutol, a molecular combination of INH drug in primary TB as reported by studies separately conducted at 2 places from minimal to far-advanced cavitary and non-cavitary cases. In one of the studies isobutol was likewise used as the sole medicine in retreatment cases from minimal to moderately advanced noncavitary cases.
