A 13-yr-old girl with a history of right anterior chest pain for 1 yr is reported. X-ray examination showed a mass in the right lower hilar region with a coarse streaked appearance and an irregular edge. Malignancy was suspected but after thoracotomy, a diagnosis of pulmonary actinomycosis was made histologically. Chemotherapy with AB-Pc cured her.
