Urinary variables (volume, K, Na, Mg, creatinine, P, Ca, Cl, THP ) elicited variable responses, as evaluated by hydroxyproline excretion, according to activity of the disease and time of administration; the effect was more marked in the active stage and if the drug was given at midnight.
