A case of congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation in a newborn child is reported. Associated malformation of the lung, Potter's type II B dysplastic kidneys and other anomalies were present. Patient death was attributed to lung and urinary tract anomalies coupled with hyaline membrane disease. The etiology of this condition is discussed.
