Results of autogenous plastic operations of bones in the treatment of fractures and pseudoarthroses is presented. Attention is drawn to the advantages of plastic operation of the spongiosa. To ensure the process of incorporation of the spongiosa plastic operation, concurrent decortication, as described by Judet, is essential, is mechanical rest at the site of transplantation. Autogenous osteoplasty was used 228 times in 206 patients. The most frequent site used for grafts were the ala of the iliac bone and the greater trochanter.
