Based on the data of examination and long-time observation of 105 hermaphrodites a possibility of diagnostic differentiation of hermaphroditism variants is demonstrated. A high informative value of such popular and practically accessible examination methods, as determination of sex chromatin and total 17-ketosteroids, pelviography, urethrovaginography and diagnostic laparotomy is proved. Classification of hermaphroditism, economic plan of examining the hermaphrodites and a scheme for differential diagnosis of this abnormality are presented.
