Rotation flaps described by Esser, Imre or Sercer are described. The possibilities of closing defects by bi-lobed and tri-lobed flaps are mentioned. To close lip defects the Gillies-fan flap or the Estlander flap are preferred. Some other possibilities for repair of the upper and lower lip are described.
