A case of invasive growth of malignant parotid tumor in the posterior fossa was described in a 58-yr-old man. Histological findings disclosed carcinoma in pleomorphic adenoma. Focal signs of parotid tumor were absent, while neurological signs due to invasion in the posterior fossa were apparent.
