Deflection fluctuations and nonequilibrium noise of biological membranes

A new mechanism of non-equilibrium noise (tension fluctuations) of biological membrane concerned with a change of its conductivity at stochastic heat deflections is considered. The spectral density of noise intensity has a small width determined by the membrane area and falls according to -5/3. Numerical calculation of the intensity gives a value which agrees with the experiment.
