10 patients, 20-30 years of age, used each of the 3 oral contraceptive preparations Diane, Neogynon, and Lyndiol for 1 cycle over the course of 3 cycles in different order. The sebaceous secretion production was measured from the skin of the forehead 4 times during each cycle. While no difference was found in the volume of sebaceous secretion during Diane and Neogynon use, there was a significant increase in sebaceous secretions during Lyndiol use (p .05)
