A 13 yr old girl is presented with severe congenital genu recurvatum with associated femoral sclerosis, patellar hypoplasia and anterior tibial subluxation. Roentgenograms are employed preoperatively to assess severe leg extension. A wedge osteotomy with insertion of pins is reported to restore knee stability and walking ability with crutches.
