Study of hepatitis type B during hemodialysis

Blood sera of 29 patients of the hemodialysis ward were regularly examined 6 months and later after hospitalization for the presence of HBsAg and anti-HBs (anti-HBs were found in 4 patients, HBsAg in one). The results of the study in one patient who developed hepatitis B infection of the dynamics of changes in specific and nonspecific values in the incubation period and in the period of manifest clinical signs of the disease are presented.
