Changes in arterial pressure and frequency of cardiac contractions were studied in pilots suffering from rapid fatigue, those with neurocirculatory dystonia of the hypertensive type and those with the same condition of the hypotensive type in connection with self-training. Perspiration, tremor and ECG were also studied. Autogenous training was successful.
