Adamantinoma of the ischium. Case report

A 30 yr old woman is presented with a rare adamantinoma of the ischium with involvement of the acetabulum. An expansile, irregularly lytic and sclerotic well marginated lesion is noted during pelvic roentgenography. Anastamosing cords of epithelial cells in a fibrous stroma are discovered from a histological specimen of the surgically resected lesion.
