Serum lipid and cholesterol levels were measured in 33 women before and after 2 cycles' use of 3 low dosage combination preparations. Cholesterol levels in the HDL fraction showed a 12% decrease (P .001). Serum-TG and cholesterol levels in other fractions did not change significantly in any of the 3 groups.
