A case is reported of the postoperative recognition of an isolated tuberculoma of the left pampiniform plexus. This is only the seventh recorded case of an isolated spermatic cord tuberculoma. The findings are interpreted on the basis of the histological report. This case is discussed within the framework of urogenital tuberculosis as an entity according to reports in the literature.
