In order to ascertain some immunological mechanisms, the concentration of anti-B allohemagglutinins was determined in A group (139 subjects) and O group (145 subjects) subjects with alcoholic cirrhosis. The titer of anti-B allohemagglutinins was determined using the probit method of Wilkie and Becker, in an autoanalyzer with bromelain-treated red blood cells.
