Cultured hepatocytes were used to study the mechanism by which interferon-inducing agents depressed cytochrome P-450 dependent monooxygenase systems. The effects of the interferon inducer poly rI.cntdot.rC pyrene hydroxylase activities and cytochrome P-450, cytochrome b5, and DNA contents of cultured hepatocytes from 1 mouse.
