The incidence of primary myocardiopathies of 680 heart diseases was observed during 1972-1977. The distinction of these myocardiopathies according to Goodwin was maintained: hypertrophic myocardiopathies with and without obstruction at the ventricular outflow; congestive myocardiopathies and obliterative myocardiopathies. The values of right and left pressures, the cardiac index and the morphological aspects of the left ventriculography and coronaries were considered.
