Three cases of dacryolithiasis, all demonstrated by dacryocystography, are described. Two dacryoliths were obtained by operation, another by spontaneous passage through the nose. Histopathological examination in 2 cases revealed the presence of mycotic infection, thought to be by Candida albicans.
