A case of anaplastic astrocytoma arising from left gyrus angularis with, among other symptoms, some autotopoagnosical features is presented. Autotopoagnosia is distinguished from sensorial aphasia, visual agnosia, apraxia and dementia and is considered a part of the complicated symptoms found in the parietal lesions.
