A case history of a mediastinal lymphoma is presented with review of relevant literure. The relationship of mediastinal lymphoma to the thymus gland is explained and the terminal leukemic event is stressed as a regular feature. The treatment of this lymphoma as acute lymphoblastic leukemia is amply justified.
