A radioisotope method was applied for investigation of 50 cases divided into three groups according to the depth of the burn. It has been found that this method of investigation of microcirculation in hand burns cases is a valuable diagnostic test allowing to find out disorders of the capillary circulation and to trace the dynamics of its restoration.
