A case of agenesis of the corpus callosum is described in a 21 yr old male, presenting with epilepsy. Computerized tomographic (CT) scanning was performed using axial and coronal sections. The diagnosis of agenesis was suggested by the presence of an enormous 3rd ventricle, the coronal sections gave the definite proof. Biplane CT scan appearances in this condition were characteristic and former investigations (PEG and cerebral angiography) become unnecessary.
