The ultrastructural intactness of secretory granules in the cells of human ulcerogenic tumors, insuloma and carcinoids were demonstrated in surgical material embedded in paraffin. Features of similarity and differences in the tumors under study with respect to size and shape, and distribution of granules in the cells were established.
