The author presents his experience goined in performing 100 conizations after the modified Scott-Burghardt bloodless method reported by Kullander. In this whole series only one case of more serious postoperative bleeding (solved by electrocagulation) was recorded. Time advantages of the method over the previously used Sturmdorf method of conization with the plastic surgery of the portion are emphasized.
