A case of papillary serous adenocarcinoma of the endometrium is described. This unique variant of endometrial carcinoma was described initially only 10 years age. The tumor has distinct pathological characteristics and a very grave prognosis. The importance of identifying this unique tumor type is related to appropriate treatment as well as to correct statistical analysis of endometrial carcinoma.
