A case of cystadenoma of the head of the pancreas presenting as chronic anemia was reported. The preoperative diagnosis was malignant tumor of the duodenum or pancreatic head. A complete extirpation was performed by pancreato-duodenectomy. This case seems to be the 1st in which the cystadenoma arose in heterotopic pancreatic tissue.
